Fakhr Abu Dhabi is the membership programme of Al Jazira Club. This notice explains what we collect when you register and how we use it.

What we collect

Your full name, mobile number, date of birth, emirate and email. For members aged 13 to 17 we also collect a guardian's mobile number. For children under 13 added by a guardian, only a first name and age.

Why we collect it

To verify your mobile number, issue your membership card, run the prize draw you choose to enter, and contact you about your membership and club news. Children's details are never used for marketing.

Who holds it

Your data belongs to Al Jazira Club and is processed on its behalf by its appointed contractors. It is not sold or shared with advertisers. Our messaging and hosting providers process it only to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time through the club's official channels. Deleting your data closes your membership.

Retention

We keep your data while your membership is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
